Topic. Feeling low and rubbish... in recent weeks ive given up with counselling as she made me a LOT worse, given up with therapists as they dont care and just dont feel like talking to samaritans..... got a lot of stress on my shoulders lately and the people i tell just shrug because even they dont know what i should do... is there much hope for me? Am i sinking back to the abyss where i was a about a month ago?
