Topic: I am Bipolar 2, with anxiety disorder, ptsd. Just wondering if anyone stays away from most of their family including in-laws? One reason I do is because I feel like Ive made such a fool of my self sometimes with the way I have reacted to things, and Im ashamed. Another reason, when Ive went through my roughest times some of them where not there for me at all. No phone call, msgs texts etc....just nothing. Now Ive stayed away so long Im having trouble going back around them. Resentment is a big reason, and then the embarrassment. I only feel comfortable with my husband, son, mom, dad, brother sister, and maybe two friends. Everyone else NO. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much.
