Topic: I suffer with depression and anxiety. I do see a therapist and have tried every med, therapy helps, the meds do nothing, they only make it worse. I have many loved ones, yet they dont understand. If you have never lived with this illness, you will never understand it ! My faith tells me to remain strong, never give up. It hurts everyday and even creeps into my sleep and making it hard to sleep ! Making for a long tired day. I get angry at the ignorant responces such as get over it ! Or what have you got to be so sad about ! These are cruel remarks and only make me feel more alone. If not for my faith and my grandbabies, i dont think i would have remained strong ! And ended it along time ago. I pray daily that mental help would be taken as serious as any other illness. I pray for better resources for this illness ! I pray for someone to care !
