Topic: Sometimes I do and say things that are incredibly stupid and I feel awful for it, like I just want to fall off the face of the planet. I make promises to myself not to do that again and I get really distant, but the moment I feel comfortable, I start shooting my mouth off again, and I hate it. I dont want to talk like that, or act like that, but I dont even realize what im doing most of the time. it makes me feel completely unworthy of love and affection, like Im the worst person ever to walk the earth. I try so hard to be good, but Im just not. Help?
