Tories by any other name. Socialist Labour no longer exists in Scotland. Vote YES! * Posted before by Gordon M Callaghan: *Scotland has traditionally been a Labour orientated country as reflected in the votes at most of the UK general elections over the past decades. However, the Labour party has moved so far to the right nowadays it is much more in line with the Tory doctrine which goes against all what Scottish labour stood for in its ideals, principles and socialist values. Post-Independence the door is open for all parties to do what is best for Scotland and at the moment there is too much emphasis on negativity from the No Campaign instead of focusing on what is positive and best for Scotland and how we can move forward as a proud, viable independent nation. We have the brains, we have the will, we have the resources, all we need is the common unity amongst Scots to carry forward this unique and momentous opportunity in the history of Scotland. In 2016 there will be a Scottish General Election where you can vote for the party of your choice, be it Labour SNP, Tory or Lib-Dem or hopefully any other new party standing. Scottish Labour has a long way to go to get back the trust of the Labour supporters in Scotland and return to their traditional socialist roots. At the moment Scottish Labour have sold out and pledged their soul to the Tories to suit the Labour party rather than supporting their own supporters and the Scottish people generally. The SNP at the moment, are the only main party in Scotland that truly has the interests of the Scottish people and Scottish Citizens at heart and are trying to make a fairer and more equal society for all in Scotland despite the monetary restrictions imposed by Westminster. They may not get it right all the time but they are trying their best under the current powers that they have. As the old saying goes, There is nothing to fear but fear itself which holds very true today. Vote YES! and end this one-sided Union governed by the Oxbridge elite in Westminster.
