Torrey Holloway also known by the name of, Dubmuzik was born and raised in Detroit Michigan. Torrey grew up in the music industry since his cousin is Bizarre of D12; he also traveled around the world with the group D12 whom is Eminem’s group. Dubmuzik is the former hype man and personal assistant, personal engineer/producer for Bizarre of D12, also was former manager of the group Faygos & Coneys. Being around and growing up around the following music producers, Dr. Dre, Eminem, Mr. Porter and High Tech, he was able to learn his craft from some of the best. He has relationships with the all of those people, plus artist 50 Cent. Dubmuzik has worked in several studios over the years here are a few; Nation Studio, Effigy Studio (Owned by Eminem) Mix Factory, Patchwork, FBT Studio, 54 Sounds, High Powered, Sound Suite, Disc Studio and also Vanguard Studio. Dubmuzik has worked with several platinum artists in the music industry. D12. Bizarre of D12, Royce Da 5’9, Young Buck, Robert Curry of Day 26, Mase of Bad Boy, Truth Hurts and Stat Quo would be just a few to mention. Dubmuzik has worked on production for artists such as; Swiss Beats, Mr. Porter, Juicy J, 3 6 Mafia, D Paul, and Keith Murray, plus several more. Dubmuzik has worked on several albums in the past years, such as; Handicapped Circus, Blue Cheese & Coney Island, Return of the Dozen (produced at Effigy Studio). He also worked on the Dave McMurray Show. At this time in Dubmuzik’s career has been focused on his engineering and production, he has opened a new studio in West Detroit called PenAgon Studios. It has become the home of many artists in the city in order to record tracks. Dubmuzik is also selling his beats to artists all over the world.
