Tosis Nightly Dinner Specials by Executive Chef Eric Ziegert - For Saturday July 26, 2014 - 75 years of Tosi’s Let’s Celebrate! - ZUCCHINI BLOSSOMS- (Fiori dii Zucca) Fresh zucchini blossoms deep fried in our traditional batter. A Tosi tradition! Come enjoy this summer delicacy while they are in season. 13 - WILD SWORDFISH ROLLS - Roasted vegetable stuffed swordfish rolls, blackened, pan seared, with a light margarita sauce over organic greens. 12 - WILD AHI TUNA - Sesame crusted, wood roasted with a wasabi vinaigrette. Served over an Asian slaw and fire roasted vegetable. 29 - PORK TENDERLOIN - Herb-garlic roasted center cut pork loin with a chipotle-peach glaze and caramelized onions. Served with mashed potato and asparagus. 24 - 14 OZ N.Y. STRIP STEAK - Marinated, grilled, topped with roasted lions mane mushrooms and blue cheese with a red wine reduction. Served with mashed potato and vegetable. 35 - EGGPLANT PARMIGIANO - Breaded eggplant baked in our house made marinara sauce. Served over a angel hair pasta, tossed with light tomato-basil sauce. 18 - WILD TASMANIAN KING SALMON - Lemon-herb marinated, pan seared, with a fresh strawberry-basil relish. Served over a roasted corn-zucchini salad and asparagus. 27 - ORECCHIETTE - Chilean sea-bass, shrimp, Ahi tuna tossed with a white wine cream sauce, tomatoes, baby spinach and a flat disk shaped pasta. 20 - Please Note: Senior discount not available.
