Total BULLSHIT!....fresh on the heels of the American People voting to end the WASTE and FRAUD that is GOVERNMENT SPENDING.....now we are going to spend a WHOPPING 6.2 BILLION dollars without any EXPLANATION or DESIGNATION where the funds are going, no listed goals or cost evaluation....this is WHY we are so badly in debt....WASHINGTON..namely OBAMA just throwing other peoples money at a PROBLEM they have NO clue how to SOLVE......this is the same guy who just a month ago said EBOLA would NOT BREAK OUT IN THE U.S....so what do you need the money for??....this is a PRIME example of how the MACHINE works, just get 6 billion dollars from treasury and put in the hands of CAREER BUREAUCRATS who know nothing about EBOLA, MEDICINE or HEALTHCARE and by the time the money gets SIFTED down to the PROBLEM and the CRONIES have POCKETED their MILLIONS you get NO RESULTS and FUTHER IN DEBT!!
