Total flashback to my 7+ years of MOPS!!! :) For whatever reason, a breakfast casserole sounded good for tonight. I have not made one since graduating in May. After making them 1-2 times a month for years, I guess I was ready for a break?? Tonight was funny! I had to fight the old feelings of urgency/borderline panic/trying to gather a bunch of items required to get toddlers and infants out the door... getting tonights bar pan creation into the oven was quite a visceral experience! Many of my best friendships came from my MOPS days and continue on indefinitely. All of those mornings of harried casserole prep were worth it!
