Total immersion Weekend... Happy Sunday. Yesterday I finished reading Predictable Revenue and Im about 80% done on Traction for the 2nd time. Its amazing when you immerse yourself in this stuff how it just gets you to whole nother level quickly. And thats because I can relate to these guys and how they grew AND are growing their business. Want to know the secret? Its not some un-discovered real estate strategy that only the elite were fortunate to discover. Nope. Its simply working HARD and learning from people are actually doing it. Thats it. Nothing more. You think Lebron James has a shooting coach? Yup. Does Tiger Woods have trainer who picks apart his swing? Duh! Does Mark Evans DM, DN (like how I put myself in this list?) have a business coach? Of course. I actually hired another one this week. Along with a personal trainer to help me get back into shape. Not only do these guys bring a ton of knowledge and experience to the table ... they also hold you accountable. And in my experience accountability is a factor no one talks about and can make or break you. And thats what Im going to do for you. Not only will I give you motivated seller leads .... show you how to close em and get paid ... but Im also gonna ride you and make sure you get it done. What I do is NOT for people who are curious or semi-interested in real estate. I want guy and gals who LOVE this stuff and are fully committed to making it big in this business to contact me.
