Totally bummed about the BILLBOARD PROJECT. Nothing will EVER change if we keep doing the same things. The dogs continue to die st alarming rates but hardly ANYONE has contributed to get the message up! Lots of likes but no donations. I dont understand. Doesnt anyone want to help me? I thought we were about change? I thought we were action people. I dont know how to make people care. Is anyone out there willing to help? The dogs just keep dying and the city is clueless.
