Totally in the oven now. Made it up as I went lets see what happens. Smells good though! Sharing what I did: 1 lb. ground venison 1 small onion (diced) 1 small can diced green chiles (drained) Cook all that in a skillet and drain (I didnt have to with deer meat) Add to it a good couple tablespoons Id say of salsa and roughly a teaspoon of chili powder. Put all that in a greased casserole dish (I used a 2 qt) Now in the meantime I mixed a can of fiesta nacho cheese soup 1 cup milk 2 big handfuls of shredded Mexican cheese 1 big squeeze of Siracha Top the beef mixture with about 2 cups cooked rice (I used brown rice) Then pour cheese mixture over all of it. Now top it all with some crushed Doritos/Fritos/corn chips/tortilla chips (I crushed about a cup worth) mixed with melted butter (took roughly 3 tbs) Bake it all! 375 for 30-45 mins (til heated through). This part extreme guess work (keeping an eye on it).
