Totally theoretical question: Suppose someone driving a car registered under your name got a parking ticket in a city, like, oh, lets say Jeff City, Mo. And that person didnt tell you about the ticket until you got a summons to appear in court. And, say, you totally intended to pay the ticket, but you put it on your desk and it got buried under a ton of other stuff. So you miss the court date, and there may or may not be a warrant out for your arrest. Are you safe as long as you stay out of Jeff City? Or should you just never drive again until you get this all straitened out?
