Totally theoretical situation: You get a second car in the beginning of April, go to the DMV and get everything set up for it, but then have 2 months to get the emissions done and put the new plates on. No big deal right? What if the week after you do all this you go into a sudden cleaning frenzy and in an effort to clean the desk, put the plates somewhere really easy to remember. Where, totally theoretical again...where oh where oh where would you put them?
