Totally unexpected trip to the ER yesterday. I was having the best day and felt fine. Suddenly I felt dizzy, flushed, and felt like I was going to faint. Michael got home and I told him I was having one of my episodes but much worse. My heart felt like it was going a hundred miles an hour. Got to ER and had to wait. I was not doing so well so a nurse came out to see me. They took me back immediately. My blood pressure bottom number was 112 and heart rate was 135. I couldnt remember if I had taken my medicine so they gave me one. Did an EKG and blood work. Everything was ok except for my heart rate and blood pressure. Finally blood pressure went down and heart rate went down to 104 so they let me go home last night. Still dont know whats causing me to do this. Anxiety? Stress? Idk. :( But its super scary and I dont like it. Its never been that bad before. I Gotta make a follow up appt with doctor today so maybe he can figure it out. I just want to be ok and take care of my family. Please say a little pray for me. Xoxox
