Totally worth the listen if you have a free hour. Mark is hillarious. I especially love the parts on what is strong and efficient body weight. Mark sights a 200 pound guy should press 175, bench 250, squat 425 and deadlift 500, because those are eady numbers to hit. My response, (sad face). Im at 205 press, 330 bench, 430 squat, and 459 deadlift @ 185. Just helps justify when I tell people my lifts suck. Then the efficient body weight section he says 58 guy should be about 240. Im 57 and the heaviest I have been was 205. I cant even begin to imagine what I would look like at 240. Of course, Ed Coan was 55 and 242 and he looked like a monster pulling 901.
