Touch fitness session (tonight Thursday 11 Dec) 7pm - still worrying about those calories from the fudge tart at the Christmas social? Here is the perfect antidote; might be a bit rainy tonight but dont let that put you off; on the grass pitches next to the Astros and in front of the skate park in St Nicholas Park, Warwick. Suitable for all levels of fitness well be working on speed, strength, agility, endurance and injury prevention; well also mix in some skills work and if we have enough people have some game time.
