Touch rugby sessions this week Monday - were up at Old Leams from 6 - 7.30pm. It looks like its going to be a dry but cool evening. For non-members the cost of the session will be £2. Wednesday - Touch specific fitness session 7pm at St Nicholas Park on the grass pitches next to the Astros and in front of the skate park. Designed to improve speed, strength, agility, endurance and injury prevention this fun but challenging session will help give you the edge as a player and make the game more enjoyable to play. The session is suitable for everybody regardless of your current level of fitness. There is no cost for this session. Due to the Oxford Bonfire Tournament there is no Saturday session. However, there are still places left to play in Oxford so if anybody wants to play in this fun mixed tournament let us know. Supporters are of course also more than welcome.
