Touching the Wild on NATURE takes place in the Wind River - TopicsExpress

Touching the Wild on NATURE takes place in the Wind River Mountains of Wyoming near the ranch belonging to writer, artist and naturalist Joe Hutto.* Naturalist Joe Hutto and his wife Leslye spent 7 years observing mule deer. This film is dedicated Joes wife Leslye who helped film this documentary. She died this past June. A beautiful film that doesnt delve into the reasons for the decrease in mule deer population from both energy development and other human caused habitat changes. It just lets you know that they are equally important to understand and respect. It really does suck you in. Joe Hutto also did a documentary on turkeys where he used to live in Florida... Illumination in the Flatwoods: A Season With The Wild Turkey. I watched it a couple of years back . It was equally enjoyable. KT
