Tough Day: Newly Appointed Trichy Secretary Krishna (Son of a DMK 2nd rung Leader) called me today and asked me to surrender the Membership books. (I was given 25 membership books during Jan 28th to Feb 10th. I completed 18 books and surrendered it by 10th Feb and 7 were remaining with me) I said I’m making memberships and once it’s done I will give it back. He argued with me and said I don’t have the authority as I quit AAP on Feb20th. “I told him I quit just because of the corrupt CS & Co. I quit just to take them on and removing the corrupts is the only good thing I can do to AAP. I became a member thru online and not thru Trichy District people. I sent my resignation to Delhi but still party has not accepted my resignation. Till they accept it, I’m a member of the party. Mean time a new campaign committee also formed and I started enrolling memberships again. And to enroll members no one needs any authority...Only a commitment and will to work is needed.” More over now a new State campaign comitee is formed.. I will return the books only to them as they are visiting trichy in few days. He shouted at me and asked me to surrender the books imly… I told him who are u to order me? He said he is the secretary… I asked him to show me the authorization letter from state. What are the procedures followed to appoint a secretary and what ability u have? (Even the LS nomination I helped him to fill as he’s not so good in English) Why the previous secretary (Jayaprakash) and the Convener Ravichandran support u and elevate u? Even, all of u don’t know that u were underage to contest for LS but still Both of them were hailing u as MP, and blocked, avoided and abused all other real volunteers for the sake of promoting you. I’m the one who made all of u aware that ur not at all eligible to contest LS. Why the favoritism and What’s the link between u & them and what is the hidden deals were done? He got angry and started using dirty, nasty vulgar words and abusing me. He even threatened me, mentioning his big DMK background… I said shut up and disconnected the phone. This is the caliber of the people who are encouraged and highlighted by CS & co. 2.Later by night around 8pm i was away from home. A group of 6-7 perosns came to my home and disturbed my mother for an hr or so. Mom told them i wanst at home..but they didnt leave. They called my mobile, but i didnt pick up the call of Krishna since he used vulgar words and abused me this morning. Buh they had continued to disturb my mom and finaly after an hr, they told my mom that i ve to surrender the books by 12am tomorow else they will file FIR against me and threatening her about the consequences. 3.All these guys , never went to a single door to door visit for memberships... But thye all came to my home to threaten.. Actually the issue is not the membership books... Real issue is im complaining about these persons to national & new Campagin comitee. It is very sad that we have people like them in AAP too. Utsav.
