Tough call. Jonn might not go rogue, but considering how mankind gets sometimes I wouldnt be surprised if he just decided to shut himself off from humanity and go looking for a planet that would appreciate him or even if there were any other Martians. He is primarily a lawman at heart and going against it would probably break his heart. Diana, on the other hand, is quite capable of going bug & take on humanity with extreme violence in the name of peace. Just look at the giant-size comic SUPERMAN VERSUS WONDER WOMAN which was set in World War II when the Manhattan Project was being built. Wonder Woman saw what the project would eventually lead to and decided to put an end to it by any means necessary. Superman, being loyal to the US and thus the Allies (and reckoning the Axis would be sending in their own super soldiers to acquire the atomic secrets), had to stop her and for a brief time, all Hell broke loose. They even ended up fighting on the Moon, amid the irradiated ruins of an ancient city. They only stopped fighting each other when the US Military sent a Morse Code message via lighting up the East Coast asking for their help when the Axis took parts of an experimental nuclear device. In the end, it exploded on a deserted island, killing the agents but sparing Superman & Wonder Woman. Her inner conflict was resolved by a promise by FDR that the nuclear secrets would not leave US soil, but she knew the genie was out of the bottle and in time others would discover how to make a nuclear bomb. Her convictions often times run against the mortal world and its not surprising her actions would be considered rogue. Such passions, while understandable and even laudable, can lead to a darker path where Dianas good intentions would leave her with bloody hands & a guilty conscience.
