Tourism Operation Manager JOB Description: • Managing hotel inventory, hotel reservations and hotel contracts. • Develop new and maintain the existing (hotel, tour operator and travel industry partnerships). • Manage visitor group programs and events, including booking and confirmation of group reservations also maintaining relationships with group and hotel contacts, developing new qualifying group contacts/sales. • Fulfill any additional requests from the Senior Manager, Director and store executive management as needed. • Responsible for delivery of ground services (Transfers, excursions, activities) to FIT, series & groups. • Handling customer escalations if found. • Managing payments to vendors and accounting • Leading the team. Education, Experience & Qualification: • University Degree in Tourism or related field • Experience within hospitality, retailing and tourism (minimum 3 years) • Ability to work with multi tasks, develop and foster relationships. • Ability to cold calls & builds new businesses. • Excellent written & verbal communication skills Apply: utazasszervezoallas@gmail
