Towards strengthening human resource management capacity The Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) received a team of two experts from Morris & McDaniel, Inc of USA for a five-day visit (15th-19th July) to Bhutan. While ACC is currently working on developing long term Human Resource Development and Management plan/policies, the experts have been invited to advise and assist the Commission on personnel recruitment/selection systems besides discussing other human resource issues and challenges. Morris & McDaniel Inc has over 36 years of experience in all aspects of human resource management; services among others include personnel selection, organizational development, internal leadership promotion, in-house personnel training and job standard assessments. Maximizing the presence of the experts in the country, the experts will be resourcing a half day session on recruitment or selection and a one day training on media management for ACC and its key stakeholders. The session and the training is expected to enhance knowledge and understanding on strategies/practices for selecting appropriate personnel and dealing/handling media more effectively showcasing international practices.
