Toyed with the idea today of throwing on the bright colored sweatshirt after work and stick to the well lit streets to get my walk in and still be able to stay outside. But as it got colder and colder with a stiff wind, I quickly changed my mind when I pulled in the driveway and just figured that its gonna be a LONG winter....I may as well get used to this treadmill. Just as normal I grabbed the Ipod, but never went outside as I got right to it after work as usual. No, it wasnt the most exciting walk in the world, but with the tunes cranking and pushing me along today, it really wasnt as bad as I thought it was gonna be! With the forecast of lake effect snow tomorrow and probably the onset of winter, Ill just keep getting more used to the walking machine, crank up the tunes like this one that filled my ears today, and push forward with a positive attitude and hope that once and a while Ill be able to enjoy some fresh air walks atleast on the weekends :) Way to deep into it to let a little thing called winter throw me off course! :) youtu.be/qPRQpbpG3tA
