Toyota financial screwed up my recurring online payment so I was a month behind. I called the customer service line, got the rudest, most un-knowledgeable, least professional call center worker Ive ever spoken to, who hung up on me halfway through the conversation because I wouldnt give her my bank account number over the phone. Called back and got the exact polar opposite. The second lady waived the late fee and took care of everything in less than five minutes. Hooray for consistency, right?
