Must be excellent communicator and able to keep organized while handling multiple tasks. - Monitor and update the tracking/work schedule on regular basis. Responsible for delivery dates, packaging, transportation, invoicing, etc. Prepare the hangtags for outgoing order after treatment. Make sure hangtags quantity and type are correct before packing. - Filling in the warehouse-in and warehouse-out lists based on in-coming and out-going order quantity. - According to the post-treatment packing list, calculate the treatment cost and fill in the account book. - Preparing the paper documents for import goods, such as the packing list, invoice. - Others tasks from Logistics Manager. - More will be discussed in the interview.
