Track a day #3: The third track on our split is called Great Beyond and features Paul Baker (Skywave, Ceremony, Static Daydream) on bass. We had a rough version of the song and felt it was missing something and Paul emailed me and said he had been messing w/ a bass line for the song and sent us a recording w/ it and thats when the song really came together. The song is influenced by a cool Rosebuds track called Border Guards. Our song is about escaping a bad situation in the hopes of finding something better and I make a ref to reaching a border in the lyrics as a nod to this beautiful song off their album Life Like. youtu.be/89gEXwD4A5g
