Traditional Soo Do Thai classes were on point and so was Catch Wrestling! Fight camp topped the night off and was FANTASTIC! Everyone worked so hard, and i know that you guys will ALL have your hand raised if you keep working hard like you did tonight! I am proud of everyone who showed up and gave their all despite how they were feeling! As many illness plague us as the weather continues to change, remember that the days that you feel the worse are the BEST challenges and way to test your perseverance! Its easy to do when things are going well and when you are at your best, but we must test all of our inner AND outer attributes prior to going into battle. You NEVER know how you will feel when going into that fight or preparing to defend yourself, so test yourself now rather than later! Great job team! Soo Do Thai!!!
