#TraditionalOdiyaDish Janhi aloo posto. Cut janhi and aloo lengthwise. Make a fine paste of posto seeds,mustard seeds,jeera,garlic,ginger and green chillies. In a pan add oil crackle some panch phutan and fry the janhi and aloo until janhi leaves water. Add the paste salt and turmeric. Mix very well and keep covered after some time add some fried badi to it. Add chopped tomatoes and cook till all water dries.
