Traffic Update: Broad Street and 11th Avenue Starting Tuesday, December 2, City crews will be repairing an emergency water main break at Broad Street and 11th Avenue. The work is expected to take approximately two days. Traffic will be reduced to one lane in both directions on Broad Street between 11th Avenue and Saskatchewan Drive. All the traffic will be moved to the west side of Broad Street. Westbound traffic on 11th Avenue between Osler Street and Broad Street will be closed. For everyone’s safety, drivers are reminded to slow down in construction zones and consider alternate routes to avoid construction.
