Traffic light timing Dear Residents We have had a number of emails about the timing of the new traffic light we hope that the reply that Clr Mary Goby received from council explains the workings and adjustments that will be made over time Afternoon Below is a reply I got from Council please can you forward to all residents Afternoon Councilor From my side I will be doing a final timing investigation mid next week. When a new traffic light intersection is installed we leave it operational for two weeks on the approved timings. These timings are obtained before the installation however after installation the traffic paten changes completely as some motorist adjust their traveling rout to assist them accordingly.
