Traffic to be rerouted starting August 3rd on ND Highway 23 near Parshall Traffic will be rerouted starting August 3rd on ND Highway 23 approximately two miles east of Parshall. Box culverts will be replaced. The ND Highway 23 project started in May and also includes construction of passing/climbing lanes, shoulder widening and paving. During construction: • Traffic will be rerouted onto a temporary roadway • Width restrictions of 12 feet will be in place • Speeds will be reduced to 25 mph Culvert replacement will be completed by the end of August. The entire project will be completed in October. Help prevent work zone crashes. Motorists are encouraged to slow down, allow extra distance between their vehicles and the vehicle in front of them, use caution and obey flaggers and posted signs.
