Tragedy has struck the running world again~ here in WA~ on Sunday a YOUNG man~ Evan ~ 28 years young~ collapsed and passed away from complications from a seizure while doing the Half Marathon at Beat the Blerch. The news has saddened and impacted many... Please be safe runners!!! But I write this because of the incredible community us runners live in!!!! A Memorial run for Evan to raise funds to help his family is already in full swing!! The race directors of Beat the Blerch are assisting and a virtual for all runners who care to help are also being discussed.... I will keep you informed~ until then please keep Evans family and loved ones in your thoughts and prayers.
