Tragically, just before 2014 ended, my Aunt Heather Puckett-Hejduk & Uncle Eric Hejduks restaurant burnt almost completely to the ground. The restaurant was aired on the very first episode of Man vs. Food featuring their Dagwood Challenge Sandwich. The restaurant was a staple to the community on the South side of Columbus. A place where,if you were a regular customer, everyone knew your name. Everything inside was ruined and the business, Ohio Deli & Restaurant, is unable to re-open the doors. Thankfully it happened in the night and nobody was injured. Sadly, everyone that worked there lost their jobs. Lots of them being close members of my family. There has been a gofundme account set-up to help the employees with their sudden loss of income. Please help them reach their goal & beyond!!!
