Look forward towards steep rock climbs and down trees that obstruct your way. Trail running is not always linear like street running. Its harder, more variable - therefore it conditions you more, for more things. Look for the path less traveled and head that way. Warm up: 10 minute easy jog Main set: On a trail run, every 10 minutes find a rock or log (or bring your own sandbag), and use it for 10 reps of arm curls, shoulder presses, and squats. Sprint level: 30 minutes Super level: 60 minutes Beast level: 90 minutes Stretch
