Trail run is on this Sunday morning at 8am - were going to head up to Morialta Conservation Park, I think you enter off Stradbroke Road. Well meet in the bottom carpark (you drive in and then drive in as far as you can, its kinda the main bit with the toilets etc) The trail running group is meant to be pretty informal and open to anyone that just feels like doing some running (all levels). Well pick probably an easier and a harder loop depending on whose there - looking at between 20-40mins of running, either pop you8r name on the board or comment here to let me know your coming along
