Train smart & be ready to adapt: Went in for a big leg workout today, only as soon as I got on the squat rack my patella tendon was not happy. So I had to scrap squats & anything really quad dominant, as not to make a minor issue that can most likely be solved with some active release work or a massage something worse. Just because you have a injury or niggle does not always mean you cannot train, just be smart about it & listen to your body. I actually got up near my dead lift PB today!
