Trained with my little powerlifter last night with some 5/3/1 + speed (deficit) deadlifts + a complete back session. Then trained with my mens physique client through a back workout this morning, and finally taking a friend through an arm workout later today. Is it even possible to train this frequently? #DoYouEvenRecoverBro Pay attention to the reverse pec deck flyes to hit the rear delts (arms are straight, everything is controlled with a peak contraction). None of this blazing speed reps. All tension is on the rear delts, NOT the traps. When doing T-bar rows, please push your hips back and get low. Most end up doing shrugs with the weight.
