Trainer tip: Pump up your workout! Summer seems to be a time when we get complacent with our workouts -- maybe were too busy or just bored. So summer is the perfect time to make just one small change to mix it up! Try lifting heavier weights than you usually do, adding intervals to your cardio routine, or doing a circuit training workout. Or do something totally different, like a kettlebell or BOSU workout. Check out the June workout calendar for some ideas, or come to Wendis circuit class next Tuesday, 6/24 at 6:30 p.m.
