Trainer tip.... Whatever fitness and health system you prescribe to please remember the following: #1 - Make sure you do your best to eat whole foods in an unprocessed form. #2 - Get daily exercise you love to do utilizing gradual progressive overload (safe, gradual progression in training). #3 - STICK WITH IT. People want to JUMP around from one fad to the next - thinking somebody has a new and FASTER way to success. Stop the madness. If you eat well and exercise ANY good plan will work. Its when you jump from one plan to the next every 2-3 weeks that you get sidetracked!!! #4 - Always remember how far you have come - not how far you THINK you have to go. Cool?
