Trainer tip: track your food! Lately several members have expressed frustration because theyre working out but not seeing results, meaning they arent losing weight or are actually gaining weight. My best advice? Track what you are eating--every day, all day! You can use the FREE diet tracker at anytimehealth and the accompanying mobile app. I know that when I track and Im working out consistently, I lose weight.
