Trainers day twenty three weight loss challenge food diary: Awake at 5.00am. 5.25am: Breakfast: 2 weet – bix with low fat milk & 1 cup of coffee, low fat milk. 8.30am: 1 apple 9.30am: 5 Vita-weats & 3 Cruskits. 11.45am: Lunch: 1 boiled low GI potato and 200 grams of Tuna in spring water. 12.00pm: 1 scoop of Expand (pre-workout) in 5 ounces of water 12.30pm – 1.05pm: 35 mins run treadmill – 7km. 1.05pm – 1.40pm: 35 mins of weights superset Legs & Shoulders. 2.00pm: protein shake in 300ml of water 2.30pm: 2 salada & cheese. 3.15pm: 1 cup of coffee, low fat milk. 5.45pm – Dinner: Steak and boiled vegies. 5.50pm – 1 cup of coffee, low fat milk. 8.30pm – 4 Vita - weats Drank 3 - 4 litres of water.
