Higbar - Squat Close stance:8x70kg,8x120kg,6x132,5kg, 4(5x140kg). 2.Deadlift on 8cm box:5x120kg,5x140kg,5x160kg,5x180kg,4x190kg, 3(3x200kg) pr.best :) 3.Stiff-legged deadlifts: 3(7x127,5kg). 4.Revers-hyper:2(15x40kg). 5.Revers-lat Machine:5set of 15 reps. 6.Machine crunches: 5 sest of 12 reps.
