Training Advice Are you a naturally thin guy who struggles to put on weight, no matter what you seem to eat? No matter what you eat or how much you workout you cant seem to add any muscle to your frame. If this sounds like you the chances are that you are whats known as an ectomorph or hardgainer in gym slang. There are some things you should consider when looking to add muscle. Forget the bicep curls and sit ups that your doing week in, week out. Hit the major body parts with heavy compound exercises twice a week will result in a boost in natural testosterone levels and lead to greater muscle building. Of course you must still have the correct fuel to allow your muscles to grow, so make sure your getting the right balance of foods, and plenty of them, concentrated around workout times in the anabolic window of two-three hours post workout.
