Training Coordinator Urgent Required For a reputable Company Located in Maadi (Training Coordinator) Duties& Responsibilities : Dealing with Customers Answer any inquiries regarding the training. Issue certificates for attendees and distribute it to customers. Control and process attendance registers and training feedback. Work closely with the financial department to ensure the payment status for training and for expenses under training manager supervision. Handle customer calls regarding training activity. Dealing with Vendors Order training material as needed from vendor. Precede class orders with vendor starting from scheduling the events, arrange the remote labs when required and register the attendees on the training. Purchasing Issue purchase orders and invoices. Making sure that the orders delivered on time. Training activity Schedules and coordinates all classroom training with training manager and instructors – schedules, date / time, materials, and attendance. Ordering refreshments, catering and equipment, where appropriate. Arrange and coordinate the payments of all the expenses for the training center under training manager supervision Work closely with the sales department to ensure the customers booking and training requests under training manager supervision. Maintain training databases, files, and materials. Assist in setting up/tearing down before and after each session and assist Training Manager and/or Trainers as necessary. Co-ordinate training resources and manage these resources within budget. Collect and assess course feedback (evaluations and trainer) and ensure this feedback is analyzed and appropriate actions or responses are developed for consideration and/or implementation. Ensure all internal documents used to support the delivery of Training Services (including course materials). Co-ordinate advertising and promotional materials. Performs other related duties as assigned. Job Requirements Fluent in English Speaking, writing, and reading: is a must From 1-2 years of experience Excellent communication skills Customer care background is preferred Ability to prioritize the workload Ability to work well in a team Attention to detail Excellent computer skills (word, Excel, and Powerpoint) B.S of Commerce or business administration are preferred.
