Training Details - Saturday 29 November 2014 Ahead of our planned Dual match v an England select on 06 December 2014 our latest training session took place in our Scottish High Performance Centre on Sunday 23 November 2014. Yet again the session was extremely well subscribed with a mixture of 34 Schoolboy, School Girl, Junior and youths in attendance. The session focused on pre-dual match preparation and covered saw the boxers carry out themed and open sparring, varied bag work and circuits - A selection of photos can be viewed below.
