Training Tip #4 Develop a foundation of strength. Not only is being strong an essential part of life, having adequate strength sets you up for success as you advance in your movement. For example: if you can perform full range-of-motion strict pull-ups, your body should be prepared to handle the stress of a kipping pull up. Take time to develop a foundation and you will decrease movement dysfunction, decrease your risk of injury, and get results.
