Training Tip: Some days you just dont have that extra gear. Know when you need to take a step back. Yes, you might have handled that weight the week prior, or mastered a given movement or performed a number of repetitions. Your body and your central nervous system are smart, very smart. One thing that cannot be quantified is the amount of stress youve been under recently and the toll its taken on your body. Know when to take a step back, so you can take two steps forward in the future.
