Training a little differently lately. My leg sessions start with Olympic lifting. I am not usually good at any move thats fast as thats untrained for me Im predominantly a slow twitch fibre mover. So training in this style is quite difficult and my body is responding immediately. Smashed!! Integrating complex moves like this Clean is dynamic. Working on technique as we always do, Im determined to get faster and better and of course stronger at them
