Training does not equal education. Education must bring the ability to understand, to critically observe, to grow, and to distinguish fact form fiction, and truth from fantasy. Job training is an exercise in specific performance, such as teaching a monkey to tip his hat when a coin is placed in his cup. Public money should never be used for job training, that is the responsibility of the employer. A responsible society educates its young to think, then responsible employees train. A culture that function differently is irresponsible.
